I’m Kate. I’m a wife to a compassionate husband and mother to a adventurous toddler. I’m a long-time sufferer of anxiety and a short-time sufferer of prenatal and postpartum anxiety.
I started this blog as a coping mechanism for myself to write down different strategies and ideas, as well as to keep track of what works to mediate my anxiety and what doesn’t. But I’m also hoping this blog may be able to help you or anyone else who is struggling with anxiety.
My promise to you is that I will never sugarcoat it. Anxiety is real, and it’s messy. It complicates everyday life similar to any other illness. No matter how difficult to expose, I will be truthful in my battle against it. I hope you’ll follow along.
